My Husband

Jason and I have been together for 20 years and he has been my rock. He supports me in all that I do and keeps my feet firmly on the ground. He is honest, dependable, strong, loving, caring and most of all he makes me laugh. He loves to entertain people and he is always the life and soul of the party. I love him with all my heart and thank the universe everyday for bringing us together.

My Mum

My mum Carol is a very special lady, not only did she give me life but she went above and beyond for me and my sister at a time when she was grieving for a relationship she had been in since leaving school. The fact that myself and my sister are successful and settled is a testament to her strength and unconditional love. I love my mum with all my heart and thank the universe everyday for giving me to her.

My Sister

My sister Vicky is 8 years younger than me and at times our relationship has been strained to say the least. But this happens in all families to a certain extent and deep down underneath all our differences we love each other very much. Vicky and her fiance Kevin recently created a family of their own, welcoming baby Ava into the world. I thank the universe everyday for the gift of family.

My Big Daddy

A few years after her painful divorce my mum remarried my step dad, Howard (nicknamed Big Daddy). Howard deserves a medal for joining a family of females, one of them a teenager at the time, hormones raging and angry with the world. But he took it all in his stride and has always been there for us and he has always treated us as if we were his own. Unfortunately he works away a lot, currently he is living and working in Belfast, Northern Ireland so we don't see him as much as we would like to. But I know he is only a telephone call or email away. I thank the universe everyday for bringing him into my life.
